IT Lab will provide consultancy, service management, advanced monitoring and infrastructure support services to United Trust Bank’s internal IT team and over 130 end users in London. In addition to partnering with a leading managed service provider, key criteria in choosing IT Lab was the development of an appropriate operating model and ensuring regulatory (Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority) requirements would be met.
