British IT managed services firm IT Lab ranked 41 in the annual MSPmentor survey of the best 501 IT managed services providers worldwide. The company ranked 8th in Europe, Middle East & Africa and 6th in the UK. The excellent results for the third consecutive year confirm IT Lab’s status as a truly world-class provider of IT managed services.
IT support providers were ranked by MSPmentor according to financial data including annual recurring revenue, the total number of devices managed, average revenue per employee and growth rate. The report gives an interesting snapshot of an industry that according to its authors is moving from ‘niche’ to mainstream.
“For 2013 the MSPmentor list was expanded from 100 to 501 companies which meant more competition than ever before.
