IT Lab is delighted to have received ISO 9001 certification, ticking all of the boxes to drive down costs, increase productivity and boost customer satisfaction through our quality management system.

To achieve ISO 9001, we had to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide a service that meets both our customer’s demands as well as regulatory and best practise requirements. We also had to show how the application of this system enhanced customer satisfaction as well as implementing a process for continual improvement.

CEO, Peter Sweetbaum said:

“Receiving this certification required a huge effort from every part of the company and reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest quality of service. ISO certification validates our successful system of continuous self-improvement to guarantee truly happy customers every time.”

Ben Frisby QMS Consultant said:

“IT Lab maintains an effective quality management system with robust quality procedures to ensure all key activities are carried out in a controlled manner. The system ensures that all customer requirements are clearly defined, implemented and completed. Their internal IT system and bespoke software are employed to maximise the effectiveness of the QMS and set a benchmark for what can be achieved with IT solutions. An excellent system!”

This news comes after the announcement that IT Lab has once again been selected to offer a range of our services on the Digital Marketplace, under the government framework, G-Cloud 7, along with our Three-Star Service Desk Certification (SDC) by the Service Desk Institute (SDI).
