In the face of intense competition, we’re thrilled to announce that we have once more been ranked as a best-in-class global Managed Service Provider, setting the trends in managed IT services.
This is the sixth occasion we’ve received the accolade, counting among Europe's top 25 MSPs and top 30 in the UK. And it comes in the same year as we consolidate our IT Lab and Content and Code brands under Content+Cloud.

In its thirteenth year, the MSP 501 is - as the name suggests, a list of the top 501 Managed Service Providers. Having passed a stringent qualification process, they’re known as the ‘501ers’ and viewed as the best MSPs in the world.
While the exact number of applicants competing for a coveted place on the list isn’t revealed, it’s known to run into thousands. The MSP 501 attracts entrants from across the globe, with 2019 seeing a 35% increase from the previous year.
And it’s not only the entrant numbers that grow; the judging process gets tougher each year too. “The MSP 501 2020 awards leveraged brand new, judging methodology, to drill down into not just what makes a big managed service provider, but what makes a great managed service provider,” says Kris Blackmon, a director at Channel Partners and Channel Futures.
